Recognizing that our people are our most important asset, the safety of our employees and accident prevention are integral parts of our everyday operations. New employees undergo a job safety orientation when onboarding, and team members continue to participate in regular safety discussions and trainings. As part of our commitment to safety, Vico is pleased to offer a Safety Incentive Program for all eligible field personnel.
Vico is a designated drug-free workplace. Prospective employees will undergo a pre-employment drug screening, and all team members are subject to ongoing random testing.
