We join with subcontractors AND subhaulers on both individual projects, as well as an ongoing basis across multiple jobs. REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBCONTRACTORS
Subcontractor Agreement

Vico’s Subcontractor Agreement must be executed by the owner or an authorized officer of your firm and returned to us for final execution. Once completed, we will provide you with a copy for your records. This agreement will cover all future work conducted with us, streamlining the process for any upcoming projects.

Vico is a designated drug-free workplace. Prospective employees will undergo a pre-employment drug screening, and all team members are subject to ongoing random testing.
Insurance Coverage

You must provide a current Certificate of Insurance through your agent, confirming coverage that meets certain minimum limits and includes the following coverages:

  • General Liability
  • Business Automobile
  • Workers’ Compensation
  • Umbrella Liability (if applicable)

We require an updated Certificate of Insurance annually. Please ensure your agent sends renewal certificates to maintain compliance and avoid any delays in future projects.

Long-Term Partnership

The Subcontractor Agreement is designed to extend across all work performed for Vico. By executing this agreement and maintaining current insurance coverages, we can continue to work together on future projects with minimal administrative disruption.
